Welcome To the Upon receipt of your affiliation fee payment, a copy of the ministerial vows will be sent to you for your review and acceptance. You are required to return a signed and dated copy of your vows to IHM as part of your ministerial record. Your ordainment certificate and monthly reporting information will then be sent to you by postal mail. A Ministerial Orientation E-book will also be sent to you by e-mail upon receipt of your Afilliation Fee. Your Affiliation Fee There are two Ministerial Affiliation Fee Payment Options, Monthly and Annually. Choose the option that is right for you: Monthly Payment Plan: $5.83 charged approximately every 30 Days for a total of $69.96 yearly. By selecting this option, you understand that your credit card, or PayPal® account will be automatically billed for $5.83 approximately every 30 days. Monthly payment plans can only be processed using the PayPal® automated billing system. Monthly payment by postal mail is not accepted for this payment option.Annual Payment Plan: $60 Charged Annually The Annual Payment Plan will automatically rebill your account every 12 months, on or about your ordainment anniversary date.
